Ghee <br />½ tsp. Mustard seeds <br />1 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli, crushed <br />½ tsp. Cumin seeds <br />1 generous pinch of Asafoetida <br />¼ tsp. Turmeric powder <br />½ tsp. Red Chilli powder <br />1 tbsp. Coriander powder <br />1 tsp. Sugar/ Jaggery <br />½ cup water <br />Coriander leaves for garnish <br />Salt as required <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- Heat oil and ghee in a wok. <br />- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, crushed ginger-garlic-green chilli and a generous pinch of asafoetida. <br />- Stir and add in chopped tomatoes, salt and let it stew on low flame for 12-15 minutes. <br />- Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, jaggery and water. <br />- Cover this and cook it on low flame for 3 minutes. <br />- Then add the sev/gathiya and turn the flame off. <br />- Garnish with coriander leaves and Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi is ready. <br /> <br /> <br />Kathiyawadi Sev Tomato Sabzi is ready to serve!
